a charming stay
warm welcome private terrace refreshing drink daily restocked minibar
we arrived late, and the welcome was so warm and efficient. a refreshing drink awaited us as check-in occurred. our room included a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a private terrace. the minibar was restocked each day, it was part of the package i loved.
the rooftop pool is small, space feels limited. it requires more sun loungers. having a few extra seats would improve the experience.

amazing stay
main sights excellent food helpful staff
The welcome was amazing! the rooms, the food, all excellent. It's a haven of peace near all main sights! the staff was helpful. I thoroughly recommend this spot! i was greeted by the hotel manager on arrival and got a history lesson about the beautiful building over mallorcan wine.
The rooms are loud and i could hear people talking in the rooms and on the street. I was on the third floor.

The rooftop pool is heated and there is a sun terrace. the hotel features a gym with modern equipment. a spa is also available with a range of treatments. I love it!

The staff was helpful. The hotel offered parking (a major plus for me).
There was no light music for ambience on the rooftop. Toiletries provided were of poor brands.

excellent hotel in the city center
easy check-in perfect location lovely breakfast
arriving at the hotel was smooth, and the staff made check-in very easy. i booked a junior suite. it was super clean. the location was perfect, near shops, attractions, and also quiet. breakfast was lovely with different fruits and juices.
the rooftop pool is small and lacked service, as i had to call the reception for assistance. there are not enough loungers. i missed a dedicated attendant to provide service.

efficient valet superb variety rooftop bar
I adored the rooftop area and its access to a bar. the valet parking was efficient and prompt. I never waited long for my car. the included breakfast offered a superb variety each morning, a good start to each day of my stay.
the absence of usb charging ports in the room required me to borrow an adapter, a minor inconvenience.
